hey all,

i'm looking at buying a pocket pc, however i'm an acupuncture student and all the information i need is in jfile format for the palm. is there any programs that either convert jfile to something i can use on pocket pc or even better, allow me to read jfile format dbs in directly ?

cheers
Mike

MedicalPocketPC.com's utilities section (http://www.medicalpocketpc.com/software/utilities.shtml) lists WordDocConvert (http://www.medicalpocketpc.com/files/worddocconvert.zip) as a utility to convert jFile to Pocket Excel format (although the official website for that program appears to be dead and/or invisible to Google). They've also got a little bit more info about reading Palm formats on Pocket PC (http://www.medicalpocketpc.com/articles/palmdocs.shtml), it might be worth a look if you're a medical student.

Wish I had some personal insight for you, but being a Comp Sci major means people don't let me poke them with things.
