Remover for Windows XP

I know it isn't purely PPC related, but is there a program like remover for XP. I have installed some Pocket PC applications that are still present in my add/remove programs but they will not be removed. I want a program like remover to clean all the files (including registry entries). Anyone found anything like this?

I'm not aware of a program that does this, but I'm sure it's out there somewhere. Have you checked some of the bigger shareware sites like www.snapfiles.com?
