Change Language in h5550

I just get a new iPAQ hp5550 but the standard language and all the software is in German.

How I can changed the language into English ?

I am pretty sure you would have to flash the rom with the english OS.

Flashing the ROM for this purpose is the ONLY way to do this, and it is illegal to do it yourself. You may be able to get HP to do it for you, but it is highly unlikely.

The best thing to do is to sell it and get an english unit.

I read on http://www.handhelds.org that it was been possible to make backup ROM(program BootBlaster) and flash it on another iPAQ.

Can someone backup english ROM from h5550 and send to me?, please
