PI5 is close to being released!

I'm impatiently waiting - but I won't be able to get it until tomorrow, since I won't be on the internet this evening!

People are passionate about Pocket Informant. They've historically been very happy with the quality of the software, and are willing to lend Alex the benefit of the doubt. :) I bet you'd find a number of users willing to work with the program even with that one major bug.

I for one can't wait for the update. Most of the folks who use PI, from what I've seen, can't live without it. I know I can't. And believe me, from what I know about this program a major bug will be fixed ASAP. This has to be the best app for the PPC platform that I have ever seen.

I fully agree. This is one piece of software that I can't live without and it is the reason I stay with the PocketPC system rather than go to Palm (where there are also a number of good programs that I loved on my very old Palm IIIxe).

PI is so good at what it does that every release, major or minor, is something I really look forward to.

I don't think the upgrade is just to fix the bug... Sounds like he's saying that there was a major upgrade planned, but a bug was found in it, and therefore since they don't want to release software with major bugs, they're delaying until the bug is fixed...
