Error "Could not create the voice link recording directory" when trying to create a note

After writing some notes (some using the normal WM2003 note editor and others with the Pocket Informant 4.6 note editor), I started receiving the error specified in the topic. I press OK twice and the the note editor opens and I may write the note. This error happens every time I try to open or write a note. What is wrong?

Not me. I've never seen that error before. Have you tried a search (here, on Brighthand, and on Google Groups)?
