Install tool?

Anyone know of an install tool for PocketPC other than what comes with MS Visual Studio? I am using a different programming environment and want to be able to create an exe.

BTW, the simpler, the better. :wink:

Also, free would be nice. :D

Wise (http://www.wise.com/wise_mobile.asp) has one, but alas, not free.

So does InstallShield (http://www.installshield.com) but it isn't free either.

EZSetup (http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/ezsetup/index.html) however, is free.
