hp 4150 extended battery size

Does the extended battery (1800mha) for the 4100 series fit inside the normal case? or does it require a larger sized battery door?

I have never actually seen it but HP told me that it is physically larger than the standard battery i.e. almost twice as thick so one would assume it needs a new cover and extends from the back of the device.
