ARG!! easy sms program woes

hey can anyone help me with the easy sms program. i want to type up sms on my pocket pc and connect to my t616 via bluetooth, but i cant seem to get it to work. the phone partnerships with the ppc fine and i can send pictures and files back and forth fine, just dont know how to get the sms program to work thanks

Does easySMS support your phone? Can you detail what error messages you are getting?

I've used easySMS in the past and found it OK but its ability to work depends on what phone you have. With my Nokia 6210 it could send but not receive. With my Ericcson T68i it can send and receive. It may be that your phone is not completely compatible with it.

there are no error messages on the phone but on the ppc it simply says the mobile was not found

what com port do i need the sms program to be on? i bet there is a simple step im missing, i supposed that if you can conect via a t68 i can do it with a t616

I got it to work with my h2215 and my T610. I set the COM port to BTC1. I assume that means Bluetooth COM 1.

I sent and received an SMS message. It's too bad that the only way to receive an SMS is to "sync" them from your phone. I guess it's better than nothing.
