Gently used IPAQ 3955. Includes extended battery/compact flash combo expansion pack, NetGear compact flash wireless network card and all orginal software and accessories. The software includes a full version of outlook and a few other goodies. The device is upgradable to PPC 2003 but the changes are pretty marginal (Typical MS tactics really) so I never upgraded.
The unit is also SD/IO compliant so if you felt like it you could get a SD format wireless network card that would be much smaller.
This unit also has consumer grade IR and decent remote control software. I was able to set up every component on my home theater system in an hour. Pretty sweet.
