Email program

I seem to recall a review of an excellent email retrieving program that can handle folders. Can someone point me in the direction of that program or recommend a program? Oh yeah, I use folders for sorting out my emails so I need something that can handle that. Thanks.

Jason - I thought you had a rant about a program that could do this and then not long after you did a review. Or, was that a dream?
