I have seen some pretty cool sidewalk chalk art, but this (http://2k3.traidor.com/chalk/) takes the cake (even if the PDA isn't a PocketPC).

Edit: Link has been changed to reflect the one provided by Wiggin (eight posts below this one).

Doesn't seem to load for me -- in either IE or Firebird. :(

Same here, the page loads, but the picture is dead.

Looks like Fark linked to it, so the server the images are on is probably dead. If you scroll down that first page a bit, you'll see some additional images that still work.

I agree - VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Glad I got to see them this A.M....

They were very impressive, hopefully when things "quiet" down, they'll be available again...

The pics have been moved to Here (http://2k3.traidor.com/chalk/). Stop by and take a look if you haven't seen them. This artist has a command of 3D perspective that is absolutely amazing.

I wish they would've included photos from other angles (to prove they're real!).

Wow, the way they drew the people, I couldn't do that. Perspective is amazing!

The other angle would look really weird!

I'd also really like to see photos taken at ground level or other angles. Looking at some of those images, my brain is having trouble accepting the fact that they are actually 2D images with no height or depth. Especially the one with the "mirror image" of the artist and the Sony PictureBook.
