Decuma OnSpot Reg issue

After reading the review of OnSpot, I tried it and bought it. I have continued to be very pleased with thte software but can't get my reg. code to work. Has anyone else had an issue? I have contacted Handango and they haven't been overly responsive (unusal for them).

Any thoughts?

Have you resolved this issue yet? I suggest checking that your owner name (Tap on owner on the today screen to change it) is exactly the same as what you received your registration code with.
