Was the MSN messenger issue fixed?

When MSN upgraded to 6.1, there were plenty of users who hosed their install of Messenger while doing the "upgrade." It worked fine on my Axim, but trashed the install on m iPaq.

Has anyone found a solution for this? If I click the icon, I get absolutely nothing. No hourglass, no nothing.

Anyone with any ideas short of a hard reset? :-)

I believe there is a new patch available for MSN messenger on the PPC... Mine seems to be working fine...
