I just recently went from a HP Ipaq 5555 to a Ipaq 2215 and purchased a SanDisk CF Wi-Fi Card. The combo is working great and works much better than the 5555 built in Wi-Fi for me. My question is, Is there any way to turn the Wi-Fi off other than pulling the card out?

On my XDAII there is an icon on the lower right corner of the screen when I use the WiFi card. If you tap this icon once you will see Turn Radio On or Off options. Hope this helps.

press the icon next to the volume icon and select "turn wireless off."

Thanks for the replies. I don't have a "turn wireless off" option there. And I don't have the icon on the lower task bar either. By the looks of what I read in the documents that came with the card and the screen captures, it looks like the icon on botom right was for PPC 2002. My 5555 had the "turn wireless off" option next to volume but this doesn't. Other than that I can feel the love with this 2215 and SanDisk CF WiFi card.
