Multiple inboxes as shown in picture

Hello All,
there is little bit going on with my Dell Axim since last few days. As you see in the attached image, I have multiple inboxes under each default folder of ActiveSync service inbox on Dell. I have tried to remove the service, but it does not let me remove the default service.
Also, I can noy sync, send or receive email, anybody has seen this before? Any possible workarounds or suggestions?
