Do a search in the forums on: avi media player

When doing the search make sure you check the box for "search for all terms"

Take a look at this thread (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=19619&) in the meantime...

Yup - your PPC doesn't have the horsepower to play a file made to be viewed on a desktop pc. It needs to be reencoded.

Fortunately, this can be done pretty easily, and without much loss of quality. Someone recently asked about file conversion to the DivX format in the multimedia thread. In my response, I linked to a guide that should be helpful. Here's the thread (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=22554), and here's the link to the guide (http://pocketmatrix.com/guides/dvd2divx/). I'd recommend that you read the thread first.

I've encoded a few SouthPark episodes myself, and they turned out really well! 8)
