Anyone have any ideas on increasing the overall brightness of a movie that has been ripped from DVD down to WMV using WMEncoder9? Can the brightness be increased? If so, how?

You'd need to load it into a video editing program, adjust the brightness, and then re-encode the video - which would result in a lower quality video.
