Pressing the outer most right hand button, should pop-up a Small screen, with a list of running programs on it, among other things. That would be iTask. Or going to Start (menu) | Settings | System | should display an iTask Settings options. A red arrow in the shape of a C?

But I wasn't aware iTask could be used to take a screen shot.

The ipaq 1945 doesn't have an iTask button, it has a button that takes you to the today screen instead.
