unable to recieve calls after recieving a call.

Hi.

after I recieve a call, whether I answer or ignore it, I cannot recieve any calls after that...The signal bar shows signal, and I can go on GPRS and off GPRS... I can even make calls aswell... I have read other posts on lockups, but mine doesn't seem to fit with any that I have found...
If I do a soft reset then all is well again, but I don't want to have to soft reset every time I get a call...
If i have to, then so be it till t-mo releases something. But has anyone experienced this before? should i do a hard-reset ? I didn't notice it before because i didn't really recieve alot of calls with my old cell.

Which unit is this? The T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone? If so...

1. How strong is your signal?

2. Did you always have this problem, or is this a recent occurrence?
