trouble with eMbedded Visual Basic download

I'm hoping someone can give a newbie some advice.

I've been trying for three days to download and unpack eMbedded Visual Basic from the Microsoft site.

Here's what I've done so far:
I've downloaded it from the site.
I've tried to unpack it with WinZip.
WinZip won't let me use the wizard; it gives me classic.
I'm left with a bunch of useless files that my PC, my pocket PC, and I don't understand!


My questions:
I'm running Windows98. Is this my problem? Someone told me he had no problem unpacking the download in XP.
Is it a WinZip problem (or a user who has a problem with WinZip...)? What should I do?
Is it something else?

I am going to look, but I thought that the file came downloaded as an .exe file that you should just be able to double click and it unpack itself. Also I konw that you need to have Win 98 Second Edition for this to work. I will post back when I remeber where I put that info.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I downloaded the eVB file again. I was reading on Microsoft's site and it looks that you have to have Win98 Second Editon. I didn't see that in your first post, so I wanted to make note of it. After I download the file, I just double click the file and it unpacks itself and does the install. You should not have to unzip the file. Let me know what you come up with.

Hey, Dave. Thanks for looking into this for me. My system is running Windows 98 Second Edition. I'll give it another try and respond in a little while. Maybe today will be different?
