Converting a Contacts file to Word or text file

A while ago I came across a tip for saving all information in my Contacts to a text or Word file, but I forgot how to do it... Any suggestions? Thanx.

In OutLook:
Select the contacts File - Import and Export... Export to Text, DBF, or CSV format

If you want to do this on the PPC, select the contacts or press CTRL-A to select all of them, press CTRL-C to copy then paste into Word.
