Its iPAQ and i vote 4150 simply because it has bluetooth.

I decided with the 4150. It is very small and sexy. The X3 has more memory but, I find the 4150 has all the memory I need for normal PDA use. I can hold plenty of programs and store everything I need. If I do need more room I have a 256 SD card ready. I would have liked 128MB of ram but I am more than happy with what I have. I use my 4150 everyday and everyday I am very happy I got it.

I love my 4150 and would not trade it for anything. It really is a "Pocket" PC. With my new Innopocket Metal Case for protection I can put it in my pant pocket and not think about it.

Hope this helps

iPAQ 4150 all the way. Small size + Wi-FI + Bluetooth.

It's a no brainer.

ipaq. Mine is great. I love the tri-wireless (bt,ir,wifi.) and the speed. Did i mention that it is really really small!

If I wanted or needed a smaller size PPC it would definately be the h4155. iPAQs have always served me well and I need bluetooth to listen to music when I can't get any calls on my cell phone :D

Just to add some balance, the x3 may be a better value for the price conscience and/or those not needing BT. I just passed my X5 on to my son. It was really a very reliable machine. Having said that, I went with the 4155. The size was just TOO much to pass up. Well worth the extra buck (IMO).

Umm... why didn't you use the poll option?

I vote IPAQ. It's beautiful, solidly designed and so slim and sexy! Dell's are good value for money but IPAQ's are sheer class :)

this is an easy question if you know what you realy want
consider buying x3 IF AND ONLY IF
A- you dont plan to use BT
B- 100$+ saving is important for you choosing x3 over 41xx
C- 30 megs of internal storage will be enough for you i.e you wont use the device for playing mp3 or something else which needs lots of storage
D- a scalable PXA263 sounds attractive for you

but if you go for x3, keep in mind that
A- hp has a better form factor
B- you have lack of accessories options
C- and finally hp has better runtimes 1+ hours

is it clear now?[/list]
