If you want the ultimate encyclopedia on your PPC, here is the way to get it.
The Wikipedia is actually free but Tome Raider, which is the reader format it's in, costs $25.00 at Handango. You can save by buying it at www.proporta.com where it is $22.50.
Better yet, if you happen to be a PPCT subscriber, there is a 20% discount code on the subscribers page. This gets the price down to $18.00.
For anyone who has not checked it out, the Wikipedia is the most amazing reference book. I was unaware of it until I read a post on the subject by fellow member arebelspy. Here is a link to download the TomeRaider version of the Wikipedia: http://members.chello.nl/epzachte/Wikipedia/
I must say that I do kind of like the TomeRaider reader. I still prefer the features of Mobipocket, but TR is super fast, just a few seconds to search the index this 180MB file. I'm sure MS reader would take an hour or more to do the same thing.
