Just a warning- this may be a long post.
The short story- , everytime I try to access any URL in Pocket IE I get the "page cannot be found" error. I've had and corrected this problem in the past but this time it's really got me stumpped because ALL other internet access is fine.
More details- When I'm connected I can send and recieve email with inbox using various pop accounts, via their domain name (i.e. pop.mail.yahoo.com). I can also sync the time using an internet time server no problem. I can browse machines on my network, copy files, i can ping internal and external web addresses (using vxUtil), i can also ping "www.yahoo.com" or any other hostname successfully.
I am 95% sure it's just a problem with PIE.
It was working fine until a week ago. The only change I can think of was an upgrade i ran on MultiIE which leads me to believe this is what caused the problem. I have removed MultiIE and things have not changed.
Basically I am asking for any other ideas to solve this problem before I do a hard reset.
TIA
- Jason
