mpeg4 help!!!

ok i have a sv av30 digital camcorder right. it records in to mpeg4 format my problem is that when i try to play it in windows media it only shows the image i get no sound can some one please help me im dying here

Load up Apple's latest version of Quicktime on your deskstop. It plays Mpeg4 with no problems. 8)

If you want to play it on your PocketPC then why don't you find an app (like Cleaner) that can change your MPEG4 into a WMV?
