If you mean one that has a biometric fingerprint reader just for unlocking the device, the Ipaq 5550/5555 has one...

The HP iPAQ h5450/h5455 were the first models to have the fingerprint scanner, and the iPAQ h5550/h5555 kept that feature when they were released.
