Stop from accidentally answering the phone?

Ever since getting my new SD card and placing the old one in my vaja case I find myself answering phone calls before I even hear it ring. I've tried turning off any key answer, and checking the lock key box. I've added a pin which comes up after 1 Minute, but no matter what I do the pda still answers itself, and I find it turned on While the case is closed. It seems the problem may be in part due to the SD card tapping the screen.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your post is a little confusing but it sounds like you might have Automatic pickup turned on!

what is confusing, maybe I can clarify some? Essentially, Ifind my i700 answering when on my belt. i think this may be due to the front of my case pressing against the talk button or screen.
