For some reason the power button on my 3835 wants to spin around and wont turn the unit on or off unless it is positioned straight up as it is supposed to be. Has anybody else had this problem, and know how to go about fixing it??
Thanks in advance...
Brandon

I actually haven't had this happen yet, but I would assume that you could contact HP Customer support. Try the HP site or look through the info that came with your iPaq. A friend of mine had some burned pixels. HP sent an empty box so that he could mail them the product. It was pretty easy.

Until then... what I do is i usually turn on my device with one of the other hardware buttons (e.g. calender, tasks depending on what i want to look at). And turn my device off by tapping on screen. Batterypack for one lets you do this... by having a drop-down menu that includes the power-off button. Saves wear and tear thus preventing your problem but doesn't fix it unfortunately....
