How to better control outlook contact syncronization.......

Hello, I was just wondering if there is a tool that helps you control contact syncronization with outlook better. There are some fields in outlook that i would like to be syncronized that are not currently being synced (ie the instant message address field) and i would like to know how to go about doing this.

I suppose that would depend on what version of Outlook you are using... and as far as I can see, the receiving end (the Pocket PC) does not support those fields in contacts.

Thanks Ctmagnus for pointing that out to me. I have edited that post and put in the url that I meant to be there to begin with:)
