ipaq 2215 cf modem

I cant get my (intel at md56xx) compact flash modem to work in my new 2215. It works perfectly in my old 3950.

I assume it must be a compatability issue as my cf card with files and pictures works fine.

Can someone help me make this work or point me to one that DOES work besides the $129 one from hp?

First, check the driver issue from the modem website...read hard b/c Pocketpc 2002 and 2003 are from a different planet--driver wise...

Just b/c something worked on 2002, does not mean it will on 2003. I had the problem with my modem and foldable keyboard.

If there is no solution either from the modem website or calling the company, you will need to buy the upgraded modem.
