When my PocketPc is in it's cradle and connected, clicking the send/receive button won't download my e-mail. The program tries to start, but then it just gets stuck and nothing happens. When the PDA is not connected it sends/receives just fine. Any ideas?

Turn off your PDA and Outlook will then be able to get the mail.....Mine does this too but I have not found a solution other than this workaround.

I'm not certain that's your problem, but it is one possible cause. There's also a registry fix contained within.

I figured out the Pocket Inbox thing a looong time ago but there's another issue that occasionally dogs me: Once in a while I'll go to do a send/recieve and I get an error (can't remember the exact wording right now) but sure enough, there're two instances of Outlook.exe listed in Task Manager. Exiting Outlook via the x or File -> Exit gets rid of only one of them, even if the PPC isn't syncing at the time. I have to manually kill the other one and restart Outlook to get it to work.
