Is it me, or is the "Get a {Gazillion} Smilleys Here" advert everywhere? 8O

Seems I can't visit a page without it being on it?!?! In all my years surfing, I have never come across a more prolific ad - I mean, I've noticed it to start with, and it's at the stage where it's bugging me!

So, is it me, or is it everywhere??
