I'm using QTek 2020 with a Sony Ericsson headset HBH-35. :)

Despite HBH-35 supports both headset and handsfree BT profiles, QTek only supports headset one. :(
I assume that's why, I'm not able to innitiate calls from the headset, neither use it to ear music for instance.

Do you know if using MS Voice Command my QTek will become handsfree profile capable too? It would be really great!

@Fernando
Hi,
If you use MS Voice Command your Qtek will not become handsfree compatibel.The problem is in the profile. A solution maybe avaiable next year.

Hi there,
As far as I know, MS Voice command does not work with my XDA II and I have written to Handango for a refund. The voice used is not clear also neither can the software recognize anything. I suspect that it will not work with your Q-Tek 2020 because this machine is essentially the same as XDA II/MDA II/i-Mate/Himalaya etc. If there is anybody out there who knows of a handsfree software NOT a headset, let him kindly share his experience.
Kay.

MS Voice Command works fine on my I-mate/XDAII/QTEK 2020 etc... I found that at first, it didn't seem to work, but after pausing 1-2 seconds after pressing the button, it worked perfectly.

Haven't heard anyone else say that it doesn't work on their XDA II either.

But you posted on this forum also, that it doesn't work!?
At least the posts are confusing... did you meant it doesn't work just with the JABRA headset?
... but on the next post you wrote also that fault should be on i-mate/Qtek side...

Voice command doesn't work with the XDA II / Imate / Qtek 2020 etc.. I had the JABRA and its usability was spotty at best (in fact, if I turned off the jabra or even charged it, it would lose the bond with my device and i'd have to go through the entire bonding process again.) I returned it, got a HBH-65, and haven't had a problem since. The HBH-65 also has the ability to re-transfer a call from phone back to headset, which I couldn't figure out how to do with the JABRA.
