i just bought a h1940, i installed this app. JSLandscapeB215 in it, and i opend it, and i selected the VGA landscape mode, it said it will reset, when now when it resets, it doesnt start, i mean the hp iPaq pocket pc screen comes, and it loads.. then nothing happens.. please help me :oops: :oops: :(

Problem is, if a hard reset WON'T fix the problem, nothing else will. Glad to know that you got it working again.
You have to watch with JS Landscape. It can be a really funny app. Even though it APPEARS a certain video mode is compatible with your device, it doesn't do much, if anything at all, to gracefully recover from modes that DON'T work.

Not to mention, I don't know where you are, but where I am, your posts were posted from 2am to 8am, when most of the western hemisphere will be sleeping! The vast majority of readers here are from the US and Canada.

Maybe JS could do something like Windows does. When you change resolutions in XP, for example, a window pops after the resolution change asking if you're okay with the settings. If you're not it reverts to the original after 15 seconds.
Don't know if that's technically possible in this arena, but it's an idea... JS, any thoughts?
