Hi All
I'm sure there's an answer on here somewhere...but I couldn't find it
I came home to find that my screen was blank and it wouldn't power up.
I removed the battery, reinserted it, and now it just hangs when the blue line reaches the right hand side on the HP screen
Can't seem to get it any further than that.
Any ideas anyone?

HI
Thanks for the reply. In the end I did a hard reset and reinstalled everything (phew!)
It now appears to be OK, but I'll be backing up daily from now on :)))

since mine was hard resetting itself I got to use it several times...restores the ipaq in just a jif....I keep a copy of the backup file and databases on a sd card...if I install something that I decide I don't want, I restore the image and if I like it, I create a new backup..I keep all personal files in the file store, so I don't have to worry about them...

I have found that when my ipaq refuses to power up, I take the actual power adapter that came with it, not the cradle one, and plug it in and it powers up. Junk but it actually works!

Thanks Murman - I'll add that to my tips for next time :)
