Hi all, I hope you can help me out with this dilemma or at least let me know if someone else has been experiencing the same problem... this morning, I installed the "iPAQ Pocket PC 2003 Bluetooth Driver Update" (http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/HandheldiPAQ/us/download/19650.html) and it installed fine. Then I soft reset the iPAQ like the instructions said, and when the iPAQ start up screen (with the horizontal blue bar showing loading) disappears, a blank white screen appears and the iPAQ just stalls there.

I've performed a hard reset and the result is still the same - it stays at a blank white screen and doesn't do anything else 8O

I'll keep trying to research online, and plan to call tech support tomorrow... anyone have any idea what went wrong? Or what I could do to resolve this? Any input is appreciated... thank you.

I had exactly the same problem after installing the update. I had to hard reset the device, and I have not reinstalled the update. :? Which is a shame, since my BT connection (with GPS) was behaving like it really needed that update

Purolator picked up my iPAQ today and it's on its way to Quebec to be serviced... *sniff* Apparently they will install the latest firmware and drivers on it, so that's good, but I won't have the iPAQ for a week at least :?

At least yours worked fine after a hard reset!
