Avantgo - 'Account Locked'

Hi All

Can anyone please assist with this error? The AvantGo website has basically NO information on it. I can connect successfully, did a hard-reset and was able to get the default channels, but no custom. Help!

Usually this clears up after a few minutes. If not, have you tried logging on to your account at the web site and clear your cache in the Advanced Controls? That might reset the lock.

I also have this problem and have had it for a few days now...ever since I performed a hard reset on my pocket pc. Tried clearing the cache etc from the avantgo website, but still get error. Mmmm.

Thank You! Worked after I:

1. Cleared all 3 bits of stuff at the Avantgo Page;
2. Did a Log-Out off the Avantgo Page (kept timing out trying to log-out)

They also have an option there called "configure device" or something similar. After a hard reset doing this config operation restores all my channels.
