Here is another solution to put YouTube on Zune:

1. Go to vixy.net/flv_converter
2. Input the FLV file's URL included the movie (such as http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avc3sn_ZIk0). And choose 'MP4 for iPod/PSP' from 'convert to'.
3. Hit 'Start'. After a while, download the file that you converted youtube video to.
