Toshiba Voice, Text to Speech Software

The software that comes with the Toshiba's for voice commands and text to speech - will it only work on the Toshiba's?

The Microsoft voice command software is too much for what it does, and the toshiba software seems to be the best!

Does anyone know anything about that, or the possibility of getting the Toshiba software to work on other PPCs?
