VPN with Pocket PC 2002

I am trying to access my company's network, mainly for e-mail. I an using Jornada 568 with a Sierra Wireless Aircard 555 (Verizion), I have setup the VPN Connection, When it dials I get an error message "Your Username or password is wrong Please re-connect and verify your username and password, turn the device off and try again. I have done this several time, Any Ideas?

is your vpn server running windows 2000 and above? if i'm not mistaken, pocket pc 2002 will connect with windows based vpn solutions right out of the box, but if you're trying to connect to a different vpn software/hardware, you'll need to see if there's a 2k2 client.
