Hi
I have an iPAQ 2210, Stowaway Keyboard + Adaptor, Digital Camera, Bluetooth Dongle and the associated bits - chargers, cables etc.
What I would like for Christmas is something to carry them in and keep them safe with expansion in the future for a notebook (laptop)
Anyone got any recommendations out there as carrying the stuff in deep coat pockets ain't really practical.
Something under 100 US Dollars would be ideal, I might pay up to 150 US Dollars.

I just recently purchased a Vanguard VGA-7616 Deluxe Business case. It's basically a Laptop case, but I use it for my two pda's, a CD player, my WiFi cards, power/sync cord, and a few other knick knacks, and it works very well. Plus, it's a laptop case so there's your laptop expansion, and only around 60 dollars.
good luck!

Martin -
Saw a business associate with one of these yesterday - very nice bag; a little pricey maybe, but good quality - and will hold eveything but the kitchen sink whilst not breaking your shoulder! Also the correct size for carry-on luggage, so a double-winner.
Really your choices are huge; witness the lack of replies you've had - PC World sell laptop rucksacs by www.techair.co.uk (Libera Grafite) which are very good - I use one - whilst Office world sells a variety from their catalogue (Not held in store) that again are comprehensive and across the spectrum of price.
It kind of depends on the actual form factor you want - briefcase, rucksack, soft briefcase laptop style... which all pre-suppose the laptop carrying... with out laptop, there are some great cases available, but all a little 'strange' in terms of size - witness the "Pod" as one - can't recall the URL but the gadgeteer reveiwed one, as, I believe, did Brad Adrian here. (Road Warrior was the title I think?)

Ah! 'Tis the Scott E Vest Three.0 for me! Check this out:

The best jacket on the market, with 28 hidden pockets and compartments. Made from soft, water-repellent microfiber exterior, and CoolMax® mesh interior. You can even zip-in a fleece liner (giving you a combined total of 40 pockets), making it the perfect garment for all seasons. Machine washable.
I gotta tell you... this jacket rocks!... It'll hold all your gear, and not look like it. Not to mention that you're less likely to leave it somewhere if you are wearing it :D

I usually alternate from taking a rolling backpack (a must for not breaking your back with all the gear!) or if I'm not taking EVERYTHING with me I tote one of my camcorder bags. Both carriers have enough room and pockets for my gadgets as well as my personal stuff. YMMV, of course! :)

I use my targus backpack.....holds a laptop, and PDA's fit nicely in the side pockets....one for my Ipaq...one for the folding keyboard!

I have the same backpack. I like it a lot. It's what I use to carry my laptop too. My thing is, I mainly use the laptop for work, so when I am on site I carry that with the gear and files I use for our consumers, but when it comes to traveling around town or the country, it's the Scott-e-Vest for me.
