Hey All,

I've just sold my Axim X5, and looking to upgrade to an Ipaq with WM2003.

I've narrowed the search to the form factor shared by Ipaqs 4150 and 1940, and I want bluetooth for connecting to my T68i for GPRS internet access. I have a small apartment with a WiFi network installed.

My question is: If I set up a bluetooth dongle on my PC, will I be able to surf the net on the PDA via bluetooth?

If not, then I'll get the 4150. If so, then the 1940 starts to look pretty tempting.

Any thoughts?

Yes - speed is around 750kbps - so it's a slower than WI-FI - but a heck of a lost faster than dial-up.

Yes I do it with my oldest 3630 with BT jacket and a Tecom dongle BT on the PC.
Just start ActiveSync from the ipaq and then surf the web :)
Or you can create a little PAN (a Lan over BT), you can follow this tutorial tutorial (http://home.comcast.net/~spam-target/index.html).
