I'm confused. Before adding VAT the IPAQ 4150 is retailling around £380 at Dabs and Dixons but it's only £299 in some other online stores like TotalPDA and MobileDataDirect.
I wasn't planning to buy one just yet to replace my Jornada 545 (yes it's still working very well!) but if the £299 is a limited period offer then I may well take advantage of it!
Does anyone know if this is a limited offer?????
Thanks,
Bill

Ermmm... all it means is that different retailers are offering different prices!
If any retailer is offering a price for a limited time only - they will say so on their website.

It's unusual to see such a large price difference in the UK.
If it was my web site I'd have large banners drawing attention to the difference!

Not at all. The two outlets (TotalPDA in particular) you mention very often have very low prices (they specialise in discounting) - while Dixons can often offer goods for a premium and Dabs can vary.
On many new Pocket PCs it is possible to see variation of as much as £50-100+ between different stores.

Price difference not unusal
Fair comment, which sadly means I don't have to rush out and buy it before the price rises :?
