PhatWare poor customer service?

Anyone else find PhatWare unresponsive to support queries? Just sent 2nd chaser to original query about PhatPad now almost two weeks old.

I tried to get some support from them regarding installation of HPC Notes Pro some time ago. The installer is terribly flawed. All they did was tell me to post in their newsgroup. I did and someone replied that they knew the installer was flawed and they'd get it worked out sometime. That was months ago and no update has been out since.

Nice products but terrible service.
