Hi there! Are there any programs that allow you to enter large amounts of text (ie. pre-written) via a macro other than Access Panel? I like Access Panel but it forces you to scroll through your macros each time.

On the Palm you have shortcuts but they are limited to the amount of text that can go in them. I once used a program called CIC Spellcheck that was installed into the ROM of my old Compaq C Series HPC. It was fantastic! You simply assigned a combination of letters/numbers to represent the text string and then, each time you type those letters and pressed <enter> your text string (or paragraphs) came out. Is there any such beast for the PPC?

Thanks for your help! :D

I am not sure what the length limitation is with this, but I think you could do what you're looking for with the glossary in Fitaly. (http://www.fitaly.com/wince/pocketpcfitaly.htm) I just tried it with a paragraph-long item and it worked. More info on the "Shortcut Expansion" aka Glossary can be found here.
