I bought chef Tony's Miracle Blades. They were awesome when I pulled them out of the box. I stood with the knife blade held out in front of me while my father threw many vegetables and fruits at it and laughed for joy as all of them would split in two (and leave a wonderful mess on my shirt and pants). After a few months of use, they're about as sharp as my elbow. Lifetime sharpness my ass!
