share laptop cellular connection with WM2003

I use Verizon's Express Network through a Sierra AirCard on my laptop when I'm working from a client's office which is most of the time. What is the best way in WM2003 to set up an ad hoc WiFi connection between the PPC and the laptop.

I need to share the Internet connection and sync both with the laptop but also with my Exchange Server.

I searched but didn't come up with anything.

Oh well, I guess Bluetooth is the way to go.
