How to delet Double icon in Program

Howdy everyone...
Have you ever install a program then it appear two icons in the Program?
e.g: Cal98 & Cal98 (2)
Both appear together eventhough i install once.
Is there anyway to delet one of them?

Use file explorer...

Go to: My Device, Windows, Start Menu, Programs. Delete duplicate shortcut...
