Deleting Files

Here's my question after deleting files from my PDA using the remove function I still have icons of said programs on my screen. I've looked under file explorer can't find them and the explore function in activesync. How do I get rid of these icons.

If these icons are:

ON THE START MENU: Make sure the program is uninstalled, then open the file explorer and go to WINDOWS - > START MENU. From here you can delete or move the icons that appear on the start menu.

ON THE PROGRAMS MENU: Same thing as above, except go to WINDOWS -> START MENU -> PROGRAMS
