Just to keep people up to date.
I came across a post at BostonPocketPC.com describing what sounds like a simple hack to make many applications run on the Toshiba e805 at 640x480!
Exciting! It looks incredible!

640 x 480 screen thats being described as looking BETTER than the Casio EM500 (the nicest screen ever made for a Pocket PC IMHO ;)), nice deep blue color (I'm not a fan of the button layout), CF and SDIO slots, AND WiFi! 128 MB RAM and 2 MB video memory. Other than a phone and TV receiver, what else could one want??!?! ($200 cheaper would be good...)
